Musethica Sweden
Musethica Sverige is a non-profit organisation based in Stockholm, founded in 2016 by violist Maria Winiarski. It brings high-quality chamber music to people who might otherwise have limited access to cultural life.
Each year, Musethica Sweden organises around XX Musethica Sessions in Stockholm, Norrköping, and surrounding areas, working closely with the local Norrköping Symphony Orchestra and the Royal College of Music (KMH) to reach a wide geographical region. The Chamber Festival Gotland has also been active for many years as part of this broader cultural landscape.
Musethica Spain
Asociación Musethica has been sharing music since 2012, when it was founded in Zaragoza by violist Avri Levitan and economics professor Carmen Marcuello. From the beginning, it introduced an innovative training approach in which young musicians develop their skills through frequent performances in a wide range of social settings.
Over the years, it has also been particularly active in integrating this approach into academic contexts. Since 2025, there has been an additional focus on rural areas, aiming to bring music to places where cultural opportunities are often scarce. A chamber music festival has been held in Zaragoza every March since the very start, and today, Asociación Musethica organises around XX Musethica Sessions along with the festival each year.
